The popular ‘Mulberry Styled By...’ series which has previously worked with The Coveteur, La Petite Anglaise and Chinese singer/acress Tian Yuan sees MWS founder and Editor-in-Chief Craig Landale style two Mulberry bags at a luxury Hampshire countryside retreat in England.
The travel inspired shoot takes inspiration from the picturesque green setting within the grounds of a luxury spa hotel, combined with the designed purpose and functionality of the bags themselves.
A high summer business meeting inspired the Oxton briefcase look and the iconic Oak Clipper holdall simply fitted perfectly with the trip itself, since a holdall is a man’s perfect weekend break companion.
Place
“Being a Yorkshire man in London, I often crave a little countryside fresh air and this picturesque luxury country retreat in Hampshire is just over an hour’s drive away from our Hampstead High Street offices. We had the pleasure of 63 acres, Italian and Dutch gardens, an outdoor pool, ponds and plenty of forest to get lost in.”
Briefcase
“A good solid classic briefcase is one of my favourite items that I use every day in London to carry my laptop, iPad, business cards, notebook, stationary and documents to work and meetings. This one has a luxurious business feel which will get noticed for the right reasons.”
Holdall
“When going on a weekend trip, I usually opt for a leather weekender/holdall over a suitcase and this one is the perfect size for what I’ll take for 2/3 days. I really like the details, from the masculine zipper to the iconic tan leather.”
